Ada pesan aneh yang muncul dari Photoshop ketika tidak bisa membuka gambara. Pesannya bertuliskan “Could not complete your request because a SOFn, DQT or DHT JPEG marker is missing before a JPEG SOS marker”.
Mengapa hal ini bisa terjadi?
Sebenarnya, pesan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa format file jpeg (gambar) telah rusak. Coba periksa dulu, apakah file bisa dibuka di aplikasi Paint atau image preview selain Photoshop?
Masalah ini biasanya muncul ketika kamu menyimpan gambar dari WhatsApp (Aplikasi chat).
Untuk memperbaiki masalah SOFn, DQT or DHT JPEG:
- Siapkan gambar.
- Buka aplikasi Paint di Windows.
- Lalu klik menu File โก pilih file yang bermasalah.
- Setelah terbuka, klik Save.
- Terakhir, buka lagi gambar dengan Photoshop.
Error file bisa bertuliskan berbeda, seperti:
- Could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document.
- Could not complete your request because an unknown or invalid JPEG marker type is found.
- Could not complete your request because the file-format module cannot parse the file.
- This is not a valid Portable Document File (PDF) document. It cannot be opened.
